If the day finally comes that being around Pie Boy and his Pie Girl make your suffering insufferable, I just want you to know that, uh, there’s a place for you, right here in this professional establishment. All you have to do is ask.
Realizing that his colony had not collapsed, but had merely expanded into his-and-hers suites, the Piemaker labored to make Chuck’s suite feel like home. […] And so the Piemaker had come to understand home did not mean four walls and a door you never walk out of. Home was a feeling of where you belong.
If Chuck could not regift the life she’d been given, she at least wanted to find a way to share it with her aunts, Lily and Vivian.

The expression “Pie in the Sky” entered popular culture in 1911: it refers to a dessert so sweet that it can only be found in Heaven. If you’re craving something before you die, I recommend where The Pie Maker makes his pies. But if you’re like Chuck, you may enjoy the pie even after you die. Her sixty seconds came and went, she stayed alive; and instead, someone else had to die.
It’s definitely not you, Sandy. To my dismay, Bryan Fuller has never had a series last thirty episodes, and his last cancellation, Pushing Daisies, was especially unfair, because when it debut, the program was actually getting solid ratings; it was the long hiatus due to the writers’ strike that killed its momentum. Sadness all around, really.
But Wonderfalls will definitely not leave you hanging. Twelve episodes with a natural ending point, which is always surprising because it was cancelled right before its fourth or fifth episode, so it didn’t even have time to make it on air. Jaye and Mahandra has the best friendship, great queer representation!, and it’s just really relatable. I hope you enjoy Wonderfalls; it should have never went off the air.
I’m thinking about watching Joan of Arcadia due to Emma, too. I am not sure why I didn’t originally mention that, haha.
