New Year’s Eve and Day—like my birthday, to be honest—only functions as a reminder that I went another year remaining static, unchanging while everyone else in my life has finished their degrees, moved onto grad school, got “proper jobs,” made friends and generally had things happened instead of wishing for them.

What I hate most about watching films is getting stuck on the little details. I see the effort everyone made using the right Apple notebooks throughout the Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, and I sort of respect that. But it all comes to ruin if you have a shot of Lisbeth using her old school Mac.com account while using New School Google.

I started slowly but surely adding more Children’s Literature onto my Nook wishlist, so I ventured over to their website and joined their Kids Club loyalty program.
